airisX has several Business Service Centers throughout the Philippines and globally. We get asked about our facilities often, including requests for walk throughs. Due to the secure nature of many of our clients, we are limited in the pictures we can share, or tours that we can host. Our various service center teams in the Philippines (and India, Mexico, and China) is dedicated, and we see less turnover than industry average due to focusing on the things that truly matter to our particular staff.
airisX maintains secure facilities that have enabled us to receive HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certification and operational statuses, meaning airisX can work with both secure health and financial private information. The image gallery below showcases one of our telesales floors, which does not handle sensitive customer data. The highlighted facility boasts about 300 staff total across all floors. We have separated facilities to handle secure medical and healthcare center services, as well as our financial clients.
Unlike our competition, we don’t operate fancy offices in the middle of large expensive cities. Instead, we operate from suburbs, allowing us to minimize costs, while accessing untapped talent that would rather stay close to their families or minimize commutes.
Our facilities definitely aren’t fancy, but they are very functional and cost effective, allowing us to do more for less.
